1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use are a legally binding agreement between you and ANUYOU LLC (“ANUYOU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). ANUYOU LLC is a Texas limited liability company with a mailing address at:

These Terms apply to www.anuyoucenter.com and ANUYOU’s related websites, applications, customer accounts, calendar access, communities, facilities, programs, events, and other services or materials that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, submitting information, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Additional terms may apply to a particular purchase or service, including an enrollment agreement, order form, event terms, membership terms, or other written agreement. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the additional agreement will control for that purchase or service.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended for people who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. ANUYOU may occasionally offer an event specifically for teens. Any age limits, parent or guardian requirements, and other conditions for a teen event will be stated in that event’s registration materials.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or applicable legal requirements. Revised Terms take effect when posted unless a later effective date is stated. The “Last updated” date shows when they were most recently revised.

When required by law or when a change materially affects an existing paid service, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes to the extent permitted by law.

4. Our Services

ANUYOU offers wellness-related services, programs, events, memberships, facility access, and other offerings. The applicable service page, checkout page, order form, or separate written agreement will describe the specific features, schedule, access period, price, and conditions for each offering.

A website page, educational resource, event, or group program does not by itself establish a therapist-client relationship or constitute mental health treatment. Any licensed professional service is subject to its own applicable informed consent documents and service agreement.

We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue part of the Services. If a material change affects a paid service, we will address it under the agreement governing that purchase and applicable law.

5. No Guaranteed Results

ANUYOU does not guarantee any particular personal, wellness, business, or other result. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and factors outside our control. Please review our Disclaimer for additional information.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, ANUYOU or its licensors own the Services and related content, including written materials, programs, frameworks, exercises, guides, videos, audio, graphics, website design, names, and logos. These materials are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use materials made available to you for your personal use in connection with the service you purchased.

Without our written permission, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute ANUYOU materials.
Share login credentials or purchased materials with another person.
Sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit our materials.
Modify our materials and present them as your own.
Record or reproduce live sessions unless expressly permitted.
Use our materials to create a competing product or service.
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Use our content to train an AI system without written permission.
Use ANUYOU’s name or branding in a way that suggests authorization or affiliation.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Accounts and App Access

Some Services, including app features and calendar access, require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information, keep it updated, protect your login credentials, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account unless we give written permission. App use may also be subject to the terms and policies of the app platform or provider.

8. Purchases and Payments

You agree to provide current and accurate billing information. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the price and applicable taxes disclosed at checkout, authorize ANUYOU and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method, and confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.

You also agree to the offer-specific payment, cancellation, and refund terms presented before purchase. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, payments are processed in U.S. dollars.

We may decline or cancel an order when we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, a pricing error, or a violation of these Terms. If a correction materially affects a completed purchase, we will notify you and provide any remedy required by law.

9. Monthly Membership

ANUYOU memberships are billed monthly. The membership price, included benefits, and applicable terms will be shown before enrollment. By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method until the membership is canceled.

To cancel, email [email protected]. ANUYOU must receive the cancellation request before the next billing date to stop that charge. Membership access will end within 48 hours after ANUYOU receives the request.

A cancellation stops future monthly renewals once processed. Refund eligibility for a charge already processed is governed by the membership terms presented at enrollment and applicable law.

If a free or discounted trial or promotional period is offered, its duration, conversion date, price after the trial, and cancellation instructions will be disclosed before enrollment.

10. Installment Payment Plans

An installment plan divides the stated purchase price of a program or service into scheduled payments. It is not a month-to-month subscription and does not allow you to cancel remaining payments merely because you stop participating or using the Services.

The applicable checkout page or written agreement will disclose the total price, payment amounts, payment schedule, and due dates. By selecting an installment plan, you authorize the scheduled charges to your selected payment method.

If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the payment, request an updated payment method, suspend access to the applicable Service, or pursue other lawful remedies. Your payment obligations continue unless a written refund, cancellation, or guarantee provision expressly states otherwise.

11. Refunds, Cancellations, and Guarantees

Refund and cancellation terms for each purchase will be disclosed on the applicable offer page, checkout page, order form, membership terms, or written agreement.

Payments for the ANUYOU 60-Day Experience are nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by law or expressly provided in a written agreement. The terms disclosed for another ANUYOU service or event may differ.

If an offering includes a written guarantee, its stated eligibility requirements, deadlines, exclusions, and claim process will apply. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Community and User Content

Some Services include a community where members may submit text, images, audio, video, comments, questions, files, or other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You represent that you own or have permission to share your User Content, that it does not violate another person’s rights, and that it does not contain unlawful, abusive, intentionally misleading, or harmful material. Do not post confidential information you are not permitted to share or personal information about another person without permission.

You grant ANUYOU a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Services and community. This license does not authorize ANUYOU to use your User Content, name, or image in paid marketing. We will obtain separate written permission when required for promotional use.

We may moderate, remove, or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or applicable community guidelines. We are not obligated to monitor every submission.

Information shared in a community may be visible to other members. ANUYOU cannot guarantee that members will keep it private. Please use your judgment about what you choose to share.

13. Reviews and Testimonials

Reviews and testimonials must reflect the person’s genuine experience and may not be knowingly false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or abusive. Do not submit a review for a service you did not use or post another person’s private or confidential information.

Any payment, discount, free service, referral benefit, or other material connection associated with a review or endorsement must be disclosed clearly. ANUYOU’s use of testimonials and endorsements is also subject to our Disclaimer and any separate written consent that applies.

14. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

Violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
Copy or share access to the Services without authorization.
Scrape or systematically collect content or user information.
Bypass security or access controls.
Upload malware or disruptive material.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
Harass, threaten, defame, exploit, or harm another person.
Send unauthorized advertising, spam, or solicitations.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
Reverse engineer the Services except where legally permitted.
Use automated tools to access restricted portions of the Services.
Use ANUYOU content to train or populate an AI system without written permission.
Use proprietary ANUYOU materials to compete with ANUYOU.
Engage in fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, software, payment processors, social platforms, or other providers. ANUYOU does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies. A link or integration does not necessarily mean ANUYOU endorses the provider.

16. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it before using the Services.

17. Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual-property rights of others. If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, follow the process described in our Copyright and DMCA Policy.

18. Service Management and Availability

We may maintain, update, or modify the Services to protect users, enforce these Terms, improve functionality, or address legal and operational requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Maintenance, third-party outages, technical failures, security events, or circumstances outside our control may cause delays or interruptions. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, we are not required to preserve indefinite access to every feature, recording, or online resource.

19. Suspension and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or another applicable agreement, fail to make required payments, misuse ANUYOU’s intellectual property, disrupt a community, or engage in fraud, illegal activity, or conduct that threatens the Services or another person.

Termination of access does not automatically eliminate payment obligations that arose before termination or that apply under a fixed-price installment plan. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

20. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, receipts, and other communications electronically through email, the website, your account, or another electronic method. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and retaining copies of important agreements and transaction records.

21. SMS Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and give the required consent, ANUYOU may send you text messages, including service updates, support responses, program information, reminders, or marketing messages, as applicable to the consent you provide.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing a product or service. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact [email protected]. We may send one confirmation message after processing an opt-out. Our use of information collected through text messaging is described in our Privacy Policy.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ONLINE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ANUYOU DISCLAIMS EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ANUYOU does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that information provided through the Services will be complete or accurate. These disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by law.

23. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANUYOU LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunities.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANUYOU’s total liability arising from or related to a Service will not exceed the amount you paid ANUYOU for that applicable Service. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

24. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ANUYOU LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your User Content, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your fraud or willful misconduct.

ANUYOU may assume control of the defense of a covered claim, and you agree to cooperate reasonably with that defense.

25. Disputes

Before starting formal proceedings, you and ANUYOU may try in good faith to resolve a dispute informally. The person raising the dispute should send written notice describing the issue and requested resolution to [email protected] or to ANUYOU’s mailing address listed below.

Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration. Any court proceeding will be subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of a court authorized to hear the dispute.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this provision deprives a consumer of protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.

27. Miscellaneous

These Terms and the policies they incorporate form the agreement between you and ANUYOU regarding use of the Services, except where a separate applicable agreement controls. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without ANUYOU’s written consent. ANUYOU may assign its rights and obligations as part of a lawful business transaction. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint-venture, fiduciary, franchise, or agency relationship between you and ANUYOU. Section headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
