DMCA Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
ANUYOU LLC (“ANUYOU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our websites, online community, and services to do the same. This policy explains how to report content that you believe infringes your copyright and how to submit a counter-notification if your content was removed or disabled.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material available through an ANUYOU website, online community, or service infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, you may send a written DMCA notice to our Copyright Agent. Please include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of someone authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
- Identification of the material you believe is infringing, with enough information for us to locate it, such as the page URL or its location in the community.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Send your notice using the contact details below and use the subject line DMCA Copyright Notice.

How We Respond to Notices
We review notices that we receive and may remove or disable access to material when appropriate. When we remove or disable material, we may notify the person who posted it and provide information about submitting a counter-notification. We may also take other action permitted by law or our terms.
Submitting a Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal or disabling.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for the district where your address is located—or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which ANUYOU may be found—and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent.
Send your counter-notification to the contact details above and use the subject line DMCA Counter-Notification.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the person who submitted the original notice. We may restore the material in accordance with applicable law unless that person informs us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity. Under the DMCA, restoration may occur no fewer than 10 and no more than 14 business days after we receive the counter-notification, subject to the law’s requirements.
Repeat Infringement
In appropriate circumstances, ANUYOU may suspend or terminate accounts or access for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
Misrepresentations
Submitting a notice or counter-notification that materially misrepresents that content is infringing or was removed by mistake may result in legal liability. Before submitting a notice, consider whether the use may be authorized, permitted by law, or protected by a copyright exception such as fair use.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
