2. Information from Parents and Guardians
ANUYOU’s general services are for adults 18 and older. Some events may be specifically offered to teens. A parent or legal guardian must register the teen and provide any information required for that event. Event registration materials will describe the event’s age limits and any additional requirements.
If you are a parent or guardian and have a question or request about information submitted for a teen, contact us at [email protected].

5. Website Tracking and the Meta Pixel
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support site functions, remember preferences, understand site activity, and measure advertising. We use the Meta Pixel, which may collect information such as your IP address, browser or device details, pages viewed, actions taken on the website, and the time of those interactions. This information may be transmitted to Meta and handled under Meta’s Privacy Policy .
The data transmitted through the Meta Pixel may be used to measure advertising or support advertising features, depending on the pixel’s configuration and your settings with Meta. Some privacy laws may treat certain advertising-related disclosures as “sharing” or targeted advertising, even when no money is exchanged.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website features. Where required by law, we will provide a method to manage applicable tracking or advertising choices.
6. Recordings, Photos, and Video
Calls, online sessions, and events may be recorded. In-person support groups are not recorded. Recordings may include your name, image, voice, comments, questions, chat messages, or other information shared during the session. We use recordings to provide, document, or administer the applicable service or event.
Photos or video may sometimes be taken at events for ANUYOU content. We will provide event-specific notice when recording or photography is planned. We will obtain permission before using an identifiable person’s image or statement in public promotional content, except where the person has already given permission through an applicable release or where otherwise permitted by law.
7. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers: GoHighLevel, Wix, Stripe, Meta, and other providers that help us operate our website, forms, accounts, calendar, app, community, communications, payments, recording, security, or business operations.
- Other participants: information and content you choose to post in a community may be visible to other members.
- Parents or guardians: information needed to register or administer a teen’s participation in an event.
- Legal and safety recipients: when we reasonably believe disclosure is needed to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or misuse, or enforce agreements.
- Business transaction recipients: if information is involved in a merger, sale, financing, restructuring, or similar business transaction.
- Recipients you authorize: when you direct us or give consent for a disclosure.
We do not provide customer lists to referral partners for their own independent marketing. However, the Meta Pixel may transmit website activity information to Meta as described above.
GoHighLevel, Wix, Stripe, and Meta have their own privacy practices. You can review them here:
8. Email and Text Messages
We may email you about purchases, accounts, bookings, events, services, support, and marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting [email protected]. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary service or transaction communications.
If you provide your phone number and give the required consent, we may send service-related or marketing text messages consistent with the consent you provided. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
We may share mobile numbers and text-message information with providers that deliver messages or support related services on our behalf. We do not share mobile opt-in information or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Artificial Intelligence
ANUYOU does not currently use artificial-intelligence tools to process customer submissions or community posts. If this practice changes, we will update this policy and provide any additional notice or choices required by law.
10. Community Content, Reviews, and Testimonials
You retain ownership of content you submit to an ANUYOU community. Information or content you post may be visible to other community members. Do not post information you want to keep private or information about another person without permission.
We may use reviews or testimonials you submit for the purpose for which they were provided. We will obtain separate permission before using your name, image, or testimonial in public promotional content when required by law or when the applicable release or consent process requires it.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, manage accounts and memberships, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention time depends on the type of information and why it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we may delete it, anonymize it, or securely retain it where deletion is not yet practicable.
12. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, altered, or misused by an unauthorized person.
13. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, receive a copy of certain information, or opt out of certain targeted advertising or disclosures.
To make a privacy request, email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority before responding. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
You may update some account information through your account settings or by contacting us. A request to close an account may not immediately delete records we need to maintain for transactions, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
14. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of some U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state law. Where those laws apply, we will provide required notices and honor applicable requests, including requests to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing. Exceptions may apply, including when information must be retained to complete a transaction, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect legal rights.
15. Children and Teen Events
ANUYOU’s general Services are intended for adults. Teen events are registered by a parent or legal guardian, and event-specific terms apply. If you believe information about a teen has been submitted to us incorrectly or should be removed, contact [email protected].
We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without the parental notice and consent required by law.
16. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our Services may link to websites or services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to them.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our Services, technology, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy here with an updated “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the website, email, account, or another appropriate method.
