ANUYOU 60-Day Experience

Reclaim Center Stage

Keep the success. Change what it costs you.

The ANUYOU 60-Day Experience begins November 9, 2026. I'm opening it to five established women who are proud of what they've built, but are tired of watching the things that matter to them personally keep getting pushed aside because there's always something else to handle.

You've already proven you can succeed.

You can handle responsibility. People depend on you. You know how to make things happen.

But being capable can slowly turn into feeling like you always have to be capable.

Doing a good job becomes doing more.

Caring becomes overextending.

Being dependable becomes being the one who always figures it out.

And because you can carry a lot, it becomes easy to miss how much of yourself you're using to carry it.

Meanwhile, the things that matter to you personally become surprisingly negotiable.

Your body. Your relationships. Your interests. Your rest. Your enjoyment. The things you keep saying you want to get back to.

ANUYOU is about changing that without asking you to give up the success you worked hard to create.

Over 60 days, you'll redefine what success actually requires from you, stop giving everything more of yourself than it actually requires, and start building your own priorities, relationships, interests, well-being and enjoyment into the life you're succeeding in.

So success is no longer something you maintain at the expense of yourself.

It becomes part of a life that has room for you to actually live in it.

The model is simple.

We move through three stages.

Phase 1: Identity Beyond Achievement

During your first 30 days, we'll identify the patterns and beliefs that keep you doing more, carrying more and putting yourself behind everything else.

Because knowing you need something to change isn't necessarily the problem.

You probably already know when you're exhausted. You know when you're doing too much. You know when something important to you keeps getting pushed aside.

Why do you keep operating this way even when you know what it's costing you?

We'll look at why being capable slowly turned into feeling like you always have to be capable, why doing a good job so easily becomes doing more, and why stopping can feel uncomfortable even when you know you've already done enough.

You'll Make Yourself Matter by reconnecting with what you want, need, enjoy and care about outside of what you accomplish.

You'll Define Your Priorities so you can distinguish what genuinely matters to you from what you've simply become accustomed to carrying.

And you'll Give Yourself Permission to make different choices without needing to earn them first.

But this isn't 30 days of analyzing yourself.

You'll begin putting yourself back into the equation immediately.

By the end of your first 30 days, you'll be able to recognize your patterns while they're happening, understand what's driving them, and have real evidence that things can still work when you don't automatically give everything more of yourself.

Phase 2: Beyond All-or-Nothing

Once you can see the pattern, we start changing how you respond to it.

You'll notice where being responsible turns into taking everything seriously.

Where caring becomes overextending.

Where doing something well becomes doing more than it requires.

Where being dependable means you automatically step in.

And where your own expectations keep raising the bar long after something is already good enough.

Here, you'll learn to Know What's Enough before you automatically do more.

You'll learn to Stay Within Scope by deciding what a situation actually requires before you give it more. That might mean completing the work to the standard that's needed, letting someone else carry their part, or allowing something to be finished without adding another layer just because you can.

And we'll work on Changing the Narrative underneath the behavior, especially the anxiety, guilt, perfectionism or internal pressure that can make doing less feel wrong even when less is entirely appropriate.

You'll start asking better questions:

  • What actually deserves more from me?
  • What simply needs to be done well?
  • What is already enough?
  • Am I giving more because it's necessary, or because giving more is what I've trained myself to do?

This isn't about lowering your standards or caring less.

It's about no longer measuring how much something matters by how much of yourself you're willing to give to it.

Phase 3: Live On Purpose

Now we turn toward what all that success is supposed to make possible.

Not just what needs to get done.

Not just who needs you.

Not just what the responsible choice is.

You.

Your relationships. Your body. Your interests. Your rest. Your experiences. Your enjoyment. The things you're curious about.

The parts of you that may never produce anything impressive but make your life feel like yours.

You'll Claim Your Calendar by deliberately making room for what matters to you rather than hoping there's enough left afterward.

That might mean keeping the plans you make for yourself instead of being the easiest person to cancel on.

Returning to something you enjoy without needing it to become productive.

Being present with the people you love without mentally running through everything you still need to do.

Moving your body because feeling good in it matters to you.

Resting without first needing to prove you've done enough to deserve it.

You'll Choose Your Balance, not according to somebody else's rules about what a successful woman's life should look like, but according to your career, relationships, responsibilities, personality and season of life.

And you'll Make It Make Sense by experimenting with what actually works for you and turning what you discover into something you can continue beyond our 60 days together.

The goal isn't to become less driven.

It's to stop using your drive in a way that leaves you out of the life it helped you build.

And we're not going to hand you a pretty model and tell you to go implement it.

ANUYOU isn't a course you disappear into and work through by yourself. I'm keeping this group to five women so there's enough room to know what's happening in your actual life, see where old patterns are showing up, and support you as you begin changing them.

You'll begin with a private 60-minute Personal Reset Session, where we look at how you're currently operating, what you've been carrying, where your priorities have been getting lost and what may be driving it, so you know where your personal work needs to begin.

We'll meet for eight weekly 90-minute group experiences working with what's actually happening in your life, so you can recognize your patterns as they show up and practice different choices while you're living them.

You'll have guided commitments between sessions, so what you discover gets tested in your actual Tuesday afternoon, not just understood intellectually on a coaching call.

You'll use the ANUYOU Participant Guide to capture what you're learning about your patterns, priorities, what "enough" looks like and what you want your life to include, so you're building your way of operating rather than following another generic formula.

And you'll have between-session support, including additional reframing support when you need it, so when a situation, decision or familiar pattern pulls you toward the old way of operating, you don't have to figure your way through it alone.

Before we finish, we'll turn what you've learned into your personal 90-day continuation plan, so this doesn't disappear the first time life gets demanding again.

I've seen what can happen when a successful woman realizes the way she has been operating isn't actually required for her life to work.

One of my past clients owned a construction company. She was successful, responsible and deeply committed to the business and the people who depended on her.

But the business had become so consuming that she was sacrificing something deeply important to her: taking care of herself.

Her fitness and nutrition suffered. She was becoming depressed because she couldn't seem to get herself back into her own life.

She didn't need someone to tell her she mattered.

Knowing you matter and living like you matter are two different things.

As we worked together, she started getting her rhythm back.

She re-engaged with herself. She became happier and lighter. And she began seeing that things still got done when she wasn't there.

The business didn't require her to sacrifice herself in order to succeed.

What started as accountability around taking care of herself became something bigger.

It became a lifestyle change.

Her success didn't have to disappear for her to come back into her life.

What People Are Saying

The investment for the ANUYOU 60-Day Experience is $3,000 paid in full or two monthly payments of $1,750.

ANUYOU is a committed 60-day experience, so your investment is non-refundable.

And commitment goes both ways.

When you participate and hit a situation, decision or familiar pattern that has you stuck, you can request additional reframing support from me. Depending on what's happening and what you need, we'll determine the best way to work through it together.

You're making a commitment to this work, and I'm making a commitment not to leave you alone in it when it gets uncomfortable.

That's the woman ANUYOU is for.

You've reached a meaningful level of professional success, responsibility and stability.

You're capable and dependable. People trust you to handle things.

You're not looking to walk away from your career, relationships, responsibilities or ambition. You're proud of what you've built.

You just don't want everything you've built to have a permanent place in your life while you have to fight for one.

You're willing to look underneath the way you operate, question where you're requiring more from yourself than the situation actually requires, and practice making choices based on the life you want, not simply what you know you're capable of carrying.

And you're ready for actual support, not another podcast reminding you that you should probably take better care of yourself.

The ANUYOU 60-Day Experience begins November 9, 2026, and I'm taking five women through it.

Once those five places are filled, enrollment closes.

  • Step 1. Apply for the ANUYOU 60-Day Experience.
  • Step 2. If it looks like a fit, we'll have a private consultation to talk about where you are, what you want to change, and whether ANUYOU is the right room for you.
  • Step 3. If we both agree it's a fit, we'll get you enrolled and schedule your private Personal Reset Session.

P.S. Enroll by November 2, 2026 and you'll receive your Pattern Spotter Voice-Note Review before we begin, so you can start seeing what's underneath your current way of operating before your first session.

You've already proven you know how to succeed.

Now we make sure you're actually in the life you worked so hard to build.
